I love Propane Central, Russ, Merle and all the service people are amazing. But, the female that answers the phone is so rude! She acts like she hates being there or helping customers.

I called to schedule a tank full. She said oh we can get that today. He was at our door in an hour. We were building new house he came and checked all our connections and made sure it was in correct order. Found out we had a bad fitting in the tank. Fixed it and we were up & going.
I work for a moving company and we have 3 warehouses. We are constantly running out of propane and have to call them for more. We are in a commercial are and they are in the are weekly but they don't even stop to see if we need any. I constantly have to take one tank from one forklift to another. I then take 1 or 2 from my cage hoping there's enough to replace them from one of the other warehouses.
Lisa was a pleasure to work with! The tech showed up on time and schedule delivery for the next day. Can't say enough good things about my experience. Well done
Great company they have multiple ways for purchasing propane and have great relationships with customers.
