Tomlin is amazing! My 8 year old daughter needed lab work done. We were the last appointment of the day on Friday. Tomlin took her time to make my daughter feel comfortable and even contacted the physician that ordered the labs to fix his mistake on the order. She did this so my daughter wouldn’t have to endure the needle stick twice. She could have rushed through the process to get to leave work early on Friday, but she put my daughter’s needs before her own. I wish there were more people like Tomlin in the world.

Had the amazing team of T&T!! Tomlin was taking care of all my paperwork while another lady (name started with a T but for the life of me I can't remember what it was ) took the blood. Everything was so quick and painless! Tomlin really took the time to explain what was happening, why it was happening and what I can expect afterwards.

As a lifelong epileptic, I get regular blood draws to check medication levels. Because of this, I have visited many Quest Diagnostics over the years, and I have always HATED my experience. When I moved to Topeka, I expected the same. I am currently pregnant and requiring even MORE blood draws. My experience with the Topeka Quest has been top notch. All then phlebotomists have been compassionate and efficient. Tomlin however, has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND. It’s to the point where I actually look forward to going. She has always been kind and compassionate, as well as excellent at her job. However, recently, I had some issues with getting an order. It was an absolute disaster. She continued to monitor the situation for days. In the end, she actually advocated for me with my doctor’s office, and got the issue resolved. The entire time, she was reassuring and told me never to stress. Her kindness is unmatched. Quest Diagnostics has a gem with this one. I am so thankful this is the location I get to go to, and I hope Tomlin knows just how cherished she really is!

Broken website. Broken phone system. Broken business. Needing a appointment does no good if you can not make an appointment.

Was called by their company about a bill my doctor has outsourced. Instead of being informed of my options on how to pay the bill. Johnie told me several times that I needed to contact a different department. It was only after 20 questions asked by me did she inform me that she could take care of the issue or offer another solution. I was confused as to why this information wasn't given before the other departments information. Considering that I had other options that she didn't inform me of. I felt it was lazy and that I was doing her job for her by asking her questions. Her supervisor got on the line a backed up the employee. Making me feel that if I wanted information on how to pay my bill that still has a month before it's due to pay, I would need to play the child's game of 20 questions and word it correctly to get information about payment processing options. I feel that the company is very misleading, poorly managed and lazy. This clerk would rather outsource a client to a different department with a different phone number, rather than giving the several payment options. I shouldn't have to ask specifically for the information. It should be given when I am discussing how to make the payment. Very misleading and lazy business practices.
