Unfortunately, the customer service within this organization very unprofessional from several staff members behind the counter. There were two visits to Gun Garage, first being on evening after work at 5:55 PM to grab some ammunition and having the door locked as I was walking up the stairs. Understandably, they close at 6:00 PM, but I could have easily been able to purchase ammunition or see the availability instead of being locked out as I was walking up. I decided to go ahead and try visiting a second time. The first thing I noticed was a younger child around 10-12 years old waving an FN SCAR with a magazine inserted around and playing with the bolt while the staff member was talking to whom I’d assume was the father. Surely, the rifle was unloaded but the lack of firearms safety awareness was far short than what I expected from professionals in the firearms industry. As previously noted, the cashiers fell short on professionalism. There was an exception of an older staff gentleman that assisted me with weighing the ammunition and responded when I had questions. Unlike the older gentleman, the cashier presented himself unprofessional by looking at me in line, fail to acknowledge I was standing in front of him for an extended amount of time and fail to respond when I said hello, thank you and have a good evening. As staff members, I would expect them to be the face of the organization. With that being said, after the two experiences I had, I don’t plan on returning.

Very nice people. Today November 7th. They were crazy busy. They were working as fast as they could. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We spoke and worked with Gunner. He was very helpful. We will come back for sure for our next purchase and classes.

i should have posted this revue over 1 year ago . I called the gun garage in September 2019 asking if it would be ok to bring my brother in law , ( visiting from France) if i bought a membership for myself . They immediately agreed .everyone in the store was real friendly and i believe it was the owner that offered a free trial at the electronic gun range to my brother in law we had a great time and were real impressed with the service and the personnel .

This is the Only place you should go to purchase your firearms. The customer service goes above and beyond expectations! It's not all about selling. The people that work there consider their customers family. I highly recommend the Gun Garage for any of your firearm needs. They Really care. I recently had an issue and they contacted me immediately and resolved my problem in minutes and then sent text messages to make sure everything was okay. Definitely 5 Stars!!

TERRIBLE customer service. “Joe” is untrustworthy with guns, he takes forever to transfer guns via state lines the only legal way to ship a gun person to person. We took our business elsewhere. Their loss, as they lost us as a customer for life. Ridiculous. I don’t recommend.
