I’m not going to hit them with low stars for this but...I called yesterday and asked about how long to replace a phone battery. I was told about 15 minutes. Today after work I walk in to an empty store and await a young man come out from the back. It was about an hour or so before close. I asked if I could get my battery changed. “Sure but you’ll need to come back with more than an hour before we close.” How long does it take? “About 45 minutes.” (Pause) So...you can’t do it then? “I’m the only one here if I need to help other customers.” I again pause to look around at a completely empty battery store. Polite young man. Maybe it’s store policy. Think I’ll take my business elsewhere though.

I made my appointment online mid morning for 1pm the same day. I arrived a couple of minutes early. I was waited on promptly when they completed there transactions who were in the process of checking out. My phone was done in about 10 minutes. Wish I’d known about this service earlier! My phone battery has been crappy for months... now it is working great and holding a charge. Staff were courteous and polite. I have already recommended this service to others!

The guys at the Topeka Store were superb! A very nice experience !! I dunno if the battery itself for my iPhone is better than I had, but the two men on duty this morning, and who performed the install and completed the sale were worth the price, all by itself. I highly recommend this Facility.

Very pleasant experience. Service reps got the job done competently, and they were fun to talk to. Good explanation on how it works and pricing. I can replace these batteries myself, but why do that when they do it so well and so cheap?

I arrived at the store to see if they had a battery for my phone and they did. My phone is the type that has a battery that is soldered to the phone and at one time media said it could not be replaced because of that. I expected to make an appointment to drop it off later as did a friend in Florida who had to order a battery at the same business, They said to leave it there and told me it would be an hour. I left for lunch and they called my friend about an hour later and said it was ready. They also replaced my screen which was needed. Friendly, prompt service. Phone works great now.
