I finally got the exact car I've been hoping for thanks the the folks at Audi Pacific. Allen in Sales did a terrific job describing every detail of my new car. I am very happy with my new 2020 E-tron. The whole experience was stress free from beginning to end. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!

Have a great experience with some service for my TT recently. No hassle, no problem, no need to worry about anything. Definitely I will be back for my R8 soon. Lol.
This place is horrible. The financing manager is a condescending pig. He just assumed that I couldn't afford the car I wanted. The sales guy was nice though. He was helpful and informed. Its the finance manager that killed the sale for me. I wouldn't recommend this place
Unfortunate that I’ve been compelled to write a negative review here. Bought my CPO Audi Q7 from Audi pacific 8 months ago. Communication was excellent until paperwork was signed. Since then communication and customer care has been dismal. Did not receive my car title, dmv registration for 6 months. Calls/emails would go unanswered with reply every 2 months (Matt and Alex). After 6 months I got an email that my car title has been mailed but received dmv registration. Further inquiries were unanswered. FYI- still awaiting car title. Havnt been able to register my car in WA (place of residence). Had merc before with excellent customers cars. Strongly discourage getting CPO from this place.
I had an amazing experience at Audi Pacific. Everyone I worked with on the sale of my new car was kind, generous, and extremely helpful. It didn't feel at all like most dealerships, where you just feel like a customer being hassled to make a decision right away. They worked with me on my budget and my needs and I walked away knowing that I'll be working with them for a long time in the future. Thank you Audi Pacific!
