My experience from this class was very rewarding. The class was taught by Mr. Chung, someone very knowledgeable in the real estate business. Mr. Chung shared numerous real life situation that made the topic easier to understand. In addition, guest speaker is invited in class for added learning experience. Student teacher ratio is good. Mr. Chung is able to pay attention to every person in class. Coffee, water, and bagels are regularly provided in class. The class was never boring. Mr. Chung patiently accommodates every question and answer them to the best of his knowledge. He also shared websites, books, and other resources for learning. I highly recommend this class.
