Found some really good selection of tools. One of their customer service people got in touch with me about something, so I asked about stock levels. Great service, he checked all the items on my order to make sure there was stock, there was, so I'm happy it's all coming.

WARNING! SCAM! STAY AWAY!! Absolutely horrible!! This place is a scam! It’s been 9 months and they still haven’t shipped out my package! At first the company seemed to be decent and honest about things and asked many of us to wait patiently regarding our orders but eventually they stopped providing updates. They’ve asked people that are essential and first line workers to reach out to them and they would ship out those packages to them. However, when I reached out about being an essential employee, I was told something completely different. I’ve reached out a couple of times and each time they’ve responded very rudely and failed to provide an update. Supposedly we’re not able to request a refund either and must donate our order if we no longer want it. I’m still waiting for my order til this day. I’ll be filing a complaint with the federal trade commission!

I did some Christmas shopping for my grandkids and they had some good toys for sale. I ordered and did local pickup and the gentleman who helped was so nice. Great place to shop.

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered Klein Tool but it had Vaco on it. I spoke with one of the employees and they knew the info right away and explained that Klein actually owns Vaco... Good to know they know their stuff.
