This review is based solely on customer service. Today I was on hold for exactly 54 minutes to talk to someone about a filter replacement. The system is great but wait until you need a filter and can't walk in the store to get it. You have to make an appointment to buy filter replacement or wait on hold for an hour. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

So before you buy a 5,000 water machine from a multi level marketing company like this be sure you are comfortable with extremely slow to non-existent customer support. I have left messages on their contact form, on their customer service voice mail and tried my original sales rep. No one will reply about helping me get my machine working again!!
Bad customer service I ordered my replacement filter on December 18th and now it is January 2nd I have not received my replacement filter. I have email them and they have not responded at all
Im giving you 1 star because I cannot give you 0 ,, your customer service is the worst !!!!!!!!!! best machines,,WORSE SERVICE!!!!!!!
