I purchased a vehicle from someone that purchased it through Frank Scotto Towing. This person lied about the vehicle details and did not give the original documents from the sale. I contacted Frank Scotto Towing in an effort to get these documents (with an open investigation through the DMV and the local police department) and they refused to help me, refuse to supply me with the documents, or even point me in the direction of any help. When I informed them that they are selling vehicles to people who turn around and sell them with false information (leaving Frank Scotto Towing in the middle) they told me there's nothing they can do and that if the people come with money, they will sell them the vehicles. Frank Scotto Towing does not care if people get ripped off or hurt because of their careless vehicle sales, and refuse to be even the slightest bit helpful. They are by proxy helping thieves and con artists and I will never come to them for my business. If you are looking for honest people and an honest company, I suggest you stay away.

You may see ONE star...... But in reality it's ZERO stars for this place. Unfortunately my car was impounded. When I retrieved my car back, several of items were missing out of my vehicle. It's too sad and too bad and very unfortunate that a well established and well known business, privately owned and managed by a hard working family that also happens to be apart of our police enforcement has a batch of dishonest employees representing their business.
I had a blast working for Frank Scottos towing he's honest ,integrity a given doesn't play favorites. And the smile on people's faces. Noing u might of made. There day a little better Thank you Frank Scoto theirs so much more to say . about Frank I hope I get the chance .Mayor of Torrance always helping outhers.
still a police tow yard so all of them would never get five stars they all cost way beyond what is fare like the girls helpful my title was in cab of towed truck I was not registered owner no paperwork but a proof of purchase on offer up thanks for letting me in so I could get title
