Nice people but the wait was no long (no appointment) over an hour wait. definitely make an appointment.

I had made an online appointment for my father for today about two weeks ago. The confirmation email said to check in via a link provided and to wait in the car for a text to head on in. We did just that upon arrive at 11:30am. The appointment was for 12:00pm. We waiting until 12:30pm, usually with appointments it takes about 5-10 after checking in to get the blood drawn. I tried calling about 3-4 times, no one answered. I decided to head on in, I was thinking maybe they haven’t seen the online check in. We arrive to see a notice on the door, “temporarily closed for Dec. 3rd, 2020” no one called us to cancel the appointment, no email, no nothing. My father is elderly and had I not gone with him, he would have probably still be waiting for them to call him in. We had to go to the LabCorp in a building close by, luckily they asked if he was fasting and took him in right away without an appointment. They had mentioned they just found out about the closure of the other office and had been receiving patients all day. Very rude not to let your patients know if their appointments will be canceled, or that your office will be closed.
I went in for my 1st trimester screening and a month a later labcorp called me to tell me that my blood had deteriorated and that I had to redraw blood again. I went in the same day they called me to redo it and now 3 weeks later I have to go again for the third time because the testing facility has not received anything yet! The employees there apparently need better training. This is not a reliable labcorp.
This site is closed without notices on their door or their website.
Had to take an employer blood test. I don't do well with that sort of thing. The gentleman working here was very accommodative.
