Came to get my Outback detailed as it needed it bad. They were friendly and helpful. Basically, their washes are a la carte. Each additional service is about 29.99. So their best wash is 29.99, want your seats shampooed? That's another 29.99. Etc. I was helped by Erica at the start and by Rene at the end. They did a great job!! I have kids so you know my car looked like raccoons had lived in it for months. They cleaned it out so well that it looks practically new. Thanks again Madrona Car Wash...keep up the good work. I am satisfied with the service and results.
Great service, still missed some key areas when detailing the interior. But a bit above average. I'd give 3.5 stars if it were possible. 1 for being conveniently located near Target so you can shop while you wait. 1 for the gas service attendant when you fill up with car wash. 1 for speedy service we've with Detail add on and half for the car wash itself.
My wife and I have been bringing our car here for years and have been happy until a new manager took over the car wash. The dash on my our car was left with a sticky film after having it cleaned there. The manager said this was a problem with Toyotas and Nissans. I told him we never experienced this before. They recleaned the vehicle but he kept bothering me trying to convince me that it was a manufacture defect. I finally lost my temper with him. He should have quit when he was ahead, I may have returned to the car wash. Now I will not return as long as he is there.
Seriously awesome! Our old 2001 F350 w/340,000 miles got an amazing, full-service car wash (16.95 oversize plus .30 off fuel) and we were both amazed at the attention to detail! Wish we lived here so we could visit more often!!!
