These guys rock. I bought a Sony A7R II from them during the Sony trade-up event, where I got 200 off MSRP and they bought my original A7 (2013 model) for a generous 250, yielding 450 off. Sadly, though, that A7R II was defective and had bubbles under the screen. They agreed to exchange it for another new A7R II, but there weren’t any in stock, so they ordered a new one from Sony. In the meantime, they lended me a Nikon D810 and a 24-70 F2.8 free of charge. Kenneth, especially, was empathetic during my experience.

I drove 40 minutes after asking many questions on the phone about their prices for developing film. In detail it was explained to an extent that made it sound as though they had told me all the details about the pricing considering i asked all of the questions i could think of. I arrive and am about to hand over my film when the staff explains that since they are busy they have to charge me more if i want my film faster. I explain that i asked about all of their pricing on the phone and the say that they thought i knew. I will day that you charging people after they arrive to your store and have called about your prices is very bad customer service. They are snakes. I asked all of their prices. They didn’t mention an up charge til i arrive that’s bad karma! update: As of a minute ago i know have a response from the owner saying i’m full of it. which is further angering. I asked to speak to someone assuming i would get the management and was referred to another employee who ridiculed the fact i didn’t know information which was not told to me. Paul’s photo is trying to save face but it’s really not cool how they lie and act like they do not.

Best place to get high quality prints! Everyone in this shop is so kind and helpful, and Jeff (who works in the photo lab) is a genius. This was my first time ordering fine art prints and they were so flexible and helpful in the entire process. I sell prints of my paintings online and I will be using Paul's Photo for all of my prints! (Photos coming soon)
