Terry the manager of the houses is very uncooperative with clients when records are requested. demanding that a subpoena be filed to recieve copies of receipts, and threatening to file harrassment charges for asking to speak to a supervisor, or superior. I overheard this conversation and will never recommend this institution to anyone.
This place is a joke. Terry the manager is a pos.flat out. Wanted records of my stay and said i needed to subpoena them. When asked to speak to his superior he threatened to file harassment charges upon asking him for kelly maxwells phone number the owner. I lived here on a few ocassions. Each time i was there NOBODY was sober and the place is riddled with bed bugs. How can you charge someone 700 a month for bed bug infested rooms and drug and alcohol abuse in house. Also the 5 star like on this review is from kelly maxwell .hes the owner.
I went through Progress House & it's what you make it. The only thing you have to change is everything. I wasn't the model resident when I got there but when I left, I had a solid foundation that has served me well for 14 years and counting. If you stay around long enough you'll meet some of us & be amazed how many of us have gone through there.
RON..THE SO CALLED MANAGER IS COMPLETELY UNCOOPERATIVE AND WILL NOT TELL IF YOUR PERSON IS IN THE HOUSE OR NAME OF OTHER HOUSE..SEEMS VERY VERY IRATIC AND YELLS
