This store is well stocked and has more of a selection than other smart and final's that I've been to. They also have a variety of fresh produce
This Smart & Final has poor management. My first time there because my sister wanted to go. We were in line, with at least 30 carts deep, with one register open! An employee went around counting the people in line then finally another one opened! I asked someone if it was like that all the time and the answer was yes.
The grand opening was good and cashiers very friendly. Some potatoes I had 4 days later were molding and sprouting. Went in around @945pm and got in line at an empty lit register and Joanne finally came over and I handed her our S&f reusable bag. She scanned our items and told us price. Paid her and she put money in register, and started ringing up next Client. I asked you dont bag our items?, and didn't even get an answer. My office down street had a s&f person walk in and tell us how the new store opened and we should shop there. I told her of rude employees and fact manager told me \oh must been busy\, that's problem. Update express line with 3 items cart full in front Amy says oh it's only me. So I asked what would manager think? She ignored me and went next Client. She did call for another cashier to open but she didn’t come get any of the 4 clients Already Waiting in express line
