Purchased a used Rx 330 here. I would like to give all the details but then I would just cry so please when you see this place do not turn into their driveway. After posting this review. I called the Manager as he asked. I left two messages for him and he did not respond.

My agent, Sachi Utsunomiya, has been helping me with my last 2 leased cars. Her service has been wonderful. However, this time, she went totally above and beyond!! In Japan, you wear something Red when you turn 60. It has been traditional. I had a dream to have a red Lexus when I turned 60. My last lease would be up on 2021 and I was waiting for the right time to contact Sachi for my next lease with red Lexus. An Email came in from the Lexus to let me know I could return my current Lexus (IS300) 4 months early! I jumped on my phone and contacted Sachi. I had my eyes on UX and as soon as I contacted her, she was on it!!! Next day, Sachi contacted me and told me she FOUND my dream car. I heard it was hard to find a Red UX but she found it! I thought I would have to wait until March but she told me \Can you come in this Friday?\ Guess what!! That was my 60th birthday!!! She made it possible to make this transition happen on my 60th birthday! What could I ask for more!!!! On 1/8/2021, I showed up at South Bay Lexus to do the paper works and there it was... my dream car with a huge Red Bow on it. I actually cried... and now I am crying again.. Such a service! Such a sweet things to do! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I would like to thank to her manager to come out to say \Happy Birthday\ to me. On the paper work, he put \Happy Birthday\. Such a sweet man! South Bay Lexus!! You are Awesome! Sachi, you are the BEST!!!! Thank you, Akemi Hanano
