They took excellent care of me during a really scary and difficult time, all during the Covid19 pandemic. I was admitted almost immediately, had my own room and bathroom, and was offered warm blankets throughout my four hour stay here. The RNs, nurses, and doctors were attentive, noticed the little things, and proactively called my doc to discuss my health and make a strategic plan for me. I felt completely taken care of here as a patient and more importantly as a human. Shoutout to Reggie and Dr. Anhalt. Thank you.

I broke my arm in a fall off a horse a few weeks ago (pretty nasty Colles fracture, snapped my radius and they had to call in a specialist to set it). My mom drove me up to the door and they took me in right away and everyone from front desk to triage and every Dr and nurse I came into contact with was absolutely amazing. It was my first trip to an ER ever and first broken bone so I was terrified on top of being in intense pain, but everyone was so sympathetic and kind both my mom and I were so impressed. They did a fantastic job making sure I was as comfortable as I could be.

I like how Dr. Hansen takes the time to explain your condition, on top of that he knows different languages pretty good, no need of an assistant that's a plus. Overall the guy knows what he's doing. Nurses are very carrying and concern on your condition. I travel from paramount just to go for an ER. In and out quick.

The worst hospital in Los Angels. The staff are rude and cruel. I went to the er for a serious brain Injury. I was dismissed. Ignored. And spoken to like I was an animal. Since I had a head trauma, whatever advice I was given was not remembered. The rushed me out the door. I do remember their cruelty. So for 6 months i had paralysis and memory loss without treatment. Stay away.
