I love this place! It's like plant Paradise. These are pics from Oct 2016 I'm going back today Sept 30 2019......... ...... will get more pics! Update: I went back Sept 30 2019 Luis helped me the entire time. I'm definitely going to visit again real soon. Great selection and great prices!!

Went in last week for the second time looking for specific plants & when I went to pay this older Mexican lady (I’m assuming the owner) came up to me & took one of the plants I had in my hand & said “no that’s mine”. I was shocked! The other workers standing by did not say anything to her or apologize to me. The younger man told me those are not for sale. How was I suppose to know that when there was NO sign! This is a very affordable place is the only reason I may be back but I don’t expect any help or friendliness. Beware if you need help or have questions you won’t get any here.
Great trip @ the Torrance Wholesale Nursery: huge variety of plants at inexpensive prices; nice shopping experience while walking outdoors among the different areas.
Almost everything is about this place is fabulous. Quality and selection of plants is superb, and you’ll pay about half of what Lowe’s or Home Depot charges for a product which is so inferior that it doesn’t even look like the same species. Unfortunately, the staff are not as helpful as they could be. They seem to make a noticeable effort to be unavailable. (It should be noted that I am a little sensitive to being ignored.) I’ve never hesitated to return because of this issue, and for those fluent in Spanish, I’m sure this won’t be an issue, but for myself it was difficult to get prices on anything or information about the plants. If you know what you want before you go, and the conditions necessary for those plants to thrive, you’ll have a great experience.
Great selection and prices, just be aware it is wholesale, and there is not going to be a lot of hand-holding. But if you know what you are doing, it's a great place to shop.
