If I was just reviewing the quality of the work, the review would have been 5 stars. However, this company's customer service left me scratching my head. First off, I called to have someone come out and look at my fence job and never received a call back. I called back again a week later and finally someone called me back after 7 days. The estimator was scheduled to come look at the job at 1pm on a Saturday, but on that day the estimator calls me at 11:15am and says he is at my house. No call first to see if its OK to stop by early. I was not home at the time so the estimator had to look at the job without me present. Once I signed the contract and gave them a deposit, the job proceeded smoothly. The fence and gate that I had installed is beautiful, and is exactly what I was looking for. Once the work was done they charged my credit card for the balance of the job and that was the last I heard from them. They never followed up to see if I was happy or not with the job. One would think that a courtesy follow up call would be a good idea, but I guess not. Like I said, the quality of the work was great but the customer service, or lack thereof, missed the mark big time.

Honestly, from start to finish, one of the best experiences I’ve had with a project (and there have been many!). Edgar is the ultimate professional, a kind human being, and he is on top of every single detail from quote to installation. He gave me excellent suggestions on other trades to remove our existing fence and overgrowth. The installation team (Vartan, Will, Francisco), headed by Serge, did a fantastic job. My satisfaction was their ultimate goal, even with record-breaking heat! Their professionalism and the quality of their craft are superior. Vinyl Concepts is a company with integrity. I highly recommend them and hope I have the opportunity to do business with them again.
My experience with Vinyl Concepts was outstanding. I had a privacy fence installed on 3 walls and I could not be happier. From the 1st visit to my residence for the quote, the final measurements, to the installation was professional and all my questions and concerns were answered. Work was completed on schedule. I am very happy and what a difference to my home. Two of my neighbors are contacting Vinyl Concepts because when they saw my fences they were impressed. Good experience for me.
