Visited the Tuscaloosa store yesterday for the first time and they did a fantastic job! All the sales associates greeted us and asked us if we needed help. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They took our clothes to the front and had everything prepared for check out by the time we got there (removing security tags, etc.) and answered questions about the coupons and the b1g2 sale on clearance. Big props to a great shopping experience (and bonus points to Torrid for doing the b1g2 perfectly--they didn't just give me the lowest three items free but applied it in groups which is amazing). I'm a fan!
