I had only previously bought items online but had to return a couple of pieces so decided to pop in the store by the Mall of GA. The staff was so friendly the entire time and they had some items in store that I hadn't recalled seeing online. They were able to exchange my items for some different pieces with no issues. I will definitely be back! Customer service was top notch! Good selection in store too!

Very disappointed in this store. Must have a new staff ? I walked in no one greeted me, there were four people working that day, nor did they asked if I needed help. Didn't really want to do a return, more so an exchange. It's really sad, because I normally have a great experience at this store.

The ladies who work here are great! Very helpful and informative. Great customer service! This was my second visit at this location and the girls are great here! Even though I have a closer Torrids to me, I will continue to visit this one.

I love this place they have a large selection of clothes from size 10(00) and up. It can be pricey but they have specials so look for those and discounts for using the Torrid card or checking out the website. I have done ship to store which is free. Check it out!

It is so grate!!! Love to shop there!!! but I wish they can have regular size shoes not everyone wear W/size shoes or calf wide boots like me so sad....
