Love this place! I really just wanted a bra. But after seeing what they have, I was impressed. This is the first place that's ever made me feel welcome and beautiful at the weight I am. Clothes fit perfectly, and the ladies were ultra helpful. Zane was so kind and helped my find exactly what I needed.

I must say the two ladies Ariel and KC that were working today are super patient and so kind. These two ladies helped me maximize my Torrid Cash and made my shopping experience awesome. Also, I had a friend with me who was having an issue with her sugar level and immediately Ariel ran and grabbed some candy for her. I cannot express my gratitude for their kindness. I hope these ladies are recognized for their outstanding job. Ohhh and I saw something on a manikin that was no longer in the store. I wanted the leggings and so KC pulled down the manikin and gave me the leggings to purchase. Such a superb job ladies. I wish your store all the success and I hope the higher ups know what valuable folks they have working for them. I don’t live in the area, came in from out of state, but if I’m ever back this way, I’ll be sure to visit your store again!! Thank you so much!! ️

To start I walked into Torrid to an amazing welcome and staff that was ready to help. I had called to verify that what I had ordered online was ready and it was on the counter waiting for me. It was so so nice to be around someone so happy and bubbly in these difficult times!!! Thank you so so much! I just stopped in here today to buy my Mom some clothes, and I encountered the two sweetest employees! I believe one was Amanda, and the other I cannot remember her name (I'm sorry) but they were so kind, and very professional! This store is in tip top shape as far as organization goes, and they have AMAZING SALES!
