Ive NEVER had a bad experience here! The staff are so helpful and incredibly kind! The store itself is spotless and they are on top of their game, i placed a few orders online and theyre always ready in a few days for pickup and the staff ALWAYS makes sure im happy with my purchases before i leave... I LOVE THIS PLACE!

This is very similar to lane bryant. They have clothes that are so cute for heaveier women. Love that the women working are always up beat and helpful.

Since gaining weight after having two kids, trying on clothes has been a dreaded nightmare. I have avoided it as much as possible. And then I found Torrid. I'd walked by it several times, but today was the first day that I went in- and I am so glad I did! These clothes not only fit me well, but they were CUTE!! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and made the experience that much more enjoyable. At one point I had made a joke that I'd started to get a little warm after trying on clothes, and the lady told me there was a fan in the dressing room! Genius! Thank you so much for making a big girl feel comfortable and beautiful. You ladies are awesome!
