I spend over a 1K a year at Torrid and usually at this location but I will probably not be returning until they take advantage of the freedom to loosen up on their mask policy. I’ve never once had anything said to me about my mask but they feel the need to say something to anyone even if they feel you aren’t wearing it right. They obsessively count the customers despite there being no restrictions on occupancy. I do not go out to be spoken to like a child. Hope Torrid makes changes before they lose more business.

I love torrid clothes and even have a credit card with y'all but omg my in store experience today was horrible. I was the only customer in the store and other than a hi, I was offered no other help by the 2 employees working (pink hair and green hair). Then I was immediately bombarded by one of the employees (the one with the greasy green hair) about my mask. I was on the phone at this point for work and was trying to listen and respond. She was inquiring if my mask was enclosed (it is rhinestone with an ENCLOSED see-through covering inside). I told her it was and she left me alone. I tried to finish my call while they loudly talked about new employees not knowing how to do their jobs then I asked for a changing room. I tried on my few items and went to run back out for a different size (since they were to busy gossiping to help) the same employee stopped me and said I needed to put on a different mask cuz she could see my mouth. At this point I was heading back to the changing room with my different size and just grabbed my stuff and respectfully left. I have no issue with masks, and have worn one everywhere required but I don't want to keep being bothered about my perfectly acceptable mask by employees that looked like they rolled out of bed and couldn't bother to help but had all the time to criticize my face covering. This was my free time and I chose to go there and man was that a mistake, will drive to arlington next time I suppose.

Drove 30 min to this store because the website said they were open. I get there and they are temporarily closed. It’s fine if you need to close but you need to update the website. It’s extremely frustrating and inconvenient!

This was my first time at Torrid. My daughter said she'd heard they have amazing jeans, so we went to check them out. Their jeans are definitely amazing, and so is their staff! The ladies that work there are friendly and helpful, which made shopping there even more wonderful. Torrid also has an awesome clearance section in the back, so be sure to check that out, too.
