Easy store pickup. And if you decide it isn't right for you you can return or exchange it there. In fact they were very helpful with questions I had. And giving me there opinion I had on the jumpsuit I chose instead.

All the associates I've worked with while shopping there always make me feel welcome and make sure I'm taken care of even if my size isn't in store, they always find a way! Store is super spacious and clean.

I made a purchase online that did not fit properly. Torrid does not pay for returns, but the customer service department said I could return them to the store. The same information is on the website for returns. When I called the store the person I spoke to, who said she was the Manager, had no idea what I was talking about. I explained how I filled out and printed the return slip and she couldn't seem to grasp the concept that I now wanted to return them. She kept saying that if they were already returned online then she couldn't accept them at the store. No matter how many times I explained that they had not been processed as a return online she could not grasp the concept. Perhaps someone with more training could have understood, but this young lady did not. This happened on Sunday, November 15th around noon.

Nice selection of clothes however I felt completely ignored the entire visit and I spent a good 20 minutes in the store, which wasn't busy. The same sales associate who was nearby was greeting and asking others if they needed help. The only greeting I got was from another associate on my way out thanking me for coming.

Absolutely love this Torrid store. The girls there go above and beyond everything I've ever gone in. Even placed my 15 item order online since for whatever reason I was unable to. This is the only store I go to for the last 2 yrs.
