Horrible staff. I had a mask on and they told me I had to wear a surgical mask. This is ridiculous!! Texas isn't even under a mask mandate anymore! I will never shop at Torrid again. They have lost a customer & I will tell all my friends & family not to shop here either. Their clothes are overpriced, poor quality (they always start to fall apart after a few wears) and they never have a good selection of leggings anymore. Bye Torrid & all your sister stores!
