I have a health issue that prevents me from wearing a mask for very long or very tight on my face. But I do wear one just not under my glasses. I can wear it for a short time just covering my nose loosely and over my mouth. I was thrown out of your store today by a woman and it was very embarrassing. She made sure everyone in the store heard it. I felt as though it was racially motivated. I had ordered something on line and wanted to exchange it but was not allowed in the store long enough to do that. And this woman.... I assume is a manager made me stand outside and wait for my refund. I use to love Torrid but this experience was very humiliating and I will no longer shop online or in the store.

I go to the torrid In tricities all the time. I have their card and always spend a lot of money here because of the great selection however the store in Yakima is just bad. They act like every other department store where they say they sell plus sizes but instead have mostly 0s and 1s then tell you that oh well the actual plus sizes fly off the shelves. I couldn't find anything in my size at this store and I was severely disappointed with this. If you say you cater to plus sizes then why is your stock all for tiny people? Never coming back here.

I like this store but they take advantage of the fact that there isn’t many plus size stores and the prices and extremely high I mean 74 for a pair of jeans and that’s in stores I can’t imagine paying shipping and all for online & the fabric sucks I bought a jean jacket and in 4 weeks it was already raggedy and not even the iron can straighten it up and also I got leather boots and the leather scratched off and that’s it for that plus there not comfortable at all you would think they are because of the price like up to 90 and my feet would hurt so bad at the end of the day. No thanks torrid.
