Love coming to this location because the employees are all so friendly and helpful. Also, the store is located across from the mall so you can get in and out without all the mall congestion. The size and style selection is great also.

I love this torrid it is my go to torrid store amber was so kind and helped so much. BUT Rocena checked me out she took her time asked all the questions and was the sweetest person ever. This torrid always has the best customer service. Thank you ladies so much you really helped me.

I always have a great shopping experience at this location. They are firm about how many shoppers they'll let in at a time to allow for social distancing. Plan to arrive at least an hour before closing. Thank you Torrid Cerritos crew.

The store is pretty small and they didn't have a lot of the stuff I wanted in my size. But the staff is super friendly and will try to find you some place that has what you want if they don't. Plus the clothes are super cute.
