Always friendly and clean and as a plus the staff was friendly and attentive. This store has always felt transgender friendly chain wide however this location felt more welcoming and inclusive than most. For the first time I felt like I was having a personalized shopping experience with someone that was more than willing to help but instead genuinely WANTING to help and yet knowing how to read my body language and give me space when my anxiety crept up. This store, this location is a model of how to be inclusive and welcoming.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never go back to this location I came in on 7/19(Sunday) just to browse there were two white ladies working. One standing behind the counter and one in front just chit chatting. Not helpful and not friendly. I don’t want to spend my money in a place where no one acknowledges your presence but when you’re leaving says “bye”. With this pandemic going on and stores closing you would think people would more polite and would like to offer assistance. I am also a retail store manager and I understand the importance of great customer service and repeat Loyalty.

I don't usually have issues with returns here. The workers are friendly enough at this location. VIP member here. I tried to return three pairs of loafers all the same, but different sizes. They didn't come in boxes like the usual ones I buy. I returned two, but one of the hanging shoes didn't have the tag that hangs from the inside of the shoe so I couldn't return it. I don't even think it came with a tag. I had my receipt too. I couldn't return my item :( I'm feeling salty about the tag policy.. Both my Torrid store manager friend and customer service was surprised they wouldn't take the shoes back. Luckily customer service was helpful.

Store manager is consistently rude, snippy, and makes every customer feel like an inconvenience. There are so many reviews who reference this specifically! Why is corporate not doing anything?!

This is the worst torrid around. This is the second time I've been in this store when they don't even acknowledge you are there. Despite you standing and looking for help. It's especially disturbing when you are literally the only one in the store. I guess it's easier to talk and laugh about screwing over someone to make her work every Friday night, which was the case this evening. In addition, the whole reason I needed help was because it also seems this store doesn't like to carry the larger sizes anymore. I won't be back, and it's a shame.

I dread having to actually go into this store. The store itself is clean and neat, but that is because that is literally the only thing the staff spend their time on. They are unbelievably rude, they ignore you when you come in and then act annoyed if you ask questions about stock or, god forbid, need a fitting room. There is a woman, who I presume is a manager based on interactions I've had with her, and she is just the least welcoming person. She always seems stressed and exasperated, on more than one occasion I have asked about an item in the store - if they have an item on the website or any other sizes of an item - and she is so rude and dismissive. I totally understand that it's a corporate retail environment, they don't always have control over what stock they get in store and that must be frustrating for them, but that frustration shouldn't be expressed to the customer. I avoid this store whenever possible.

Fun fashions for women that are not tiny, with all sorts of different body type options. Even sexy and fun underwear! Great place and loved their clearance racks!
