Walked into this Torrid, NOBODY outside to say they were full capacity or not, she is standing inside the store and halfway into the store at that. Then says there's a line and and we are at capacity very rudely. Everywhere else we have been today, the people have been outside of the store letting you know if you can come in or not. So she tells us to go back outside. 7 people walk out and she still has yet to say that we can come in, so we left. Probably won't be visiting this location again due to the rude lady who is supposed to be standing at the front but instead is walking around the store with her attitude. Oh well there's always ordering online.

OMG...they need more staff. You have people waiting outside and the worker is just walking by the door. People coming out and no one said come in yet.

This location is under new management and that’s very obvious! Warm, friendly attentive and inviting. I moved here in March, from raleigh, and I’m familiar with those locations and always had pleasant experiences at the rdu store. The first time at the friendly location was not the best. The staff seemed impatient and I was felt very reluctant to ask for help. Tonight’s visit was a complete 360.

Fantastic shopping experience! I went twice in one day. I got some nice boots for %40 off. The floor associate/cashier was so very nice. We had the same birthday and both loved Star Wars. Lol Very helpful in getting my size. I'm most certainly returning!
