I went in to the store this morning just before noon and was greeted by the two ladies working. They asked if I had a mask and I said no. They informed me they could give me one to put on. I told them I didn't wear masks and had a medical exemption. The manager (I'm assumimg) then got off the phone and told me they unfortunately cannot allow me to shop in the store without a mask and that they had other options for people like me. I was the only one in the store. I thought it was ridiculous. I've never been kept from shopping somewhere before this. Torrid won't be getting my business. I should be able to shop just like everyone else.

One of the nicest torrid stores I have been to and the staff was super helpful. Don't forget to check their clearance rack!

I received a call from the store on 1/16 letting me know my package had arrived and I had seven days to pick it up. The next day they updated their store hours and have been closed ever since. They have updated their hours and show that they are open today but no one is answering the phone.
