I love shopping at Torrid, but all of my purchases will be online from now on. Can't even get in to pick up my shipped order because every time I check hours and try come in, it's still "temporarily closed," and someone keeps constantly changing the hours on google. They don't even match the ones on the torrid site. This is the third time I've tried to come by this week, still closed.

The customer service is definitely the worst and will never shop in this establishment. They were running behind in time and two associates ran pass me and never acknowledge why they were running late! This store definitely needs to be re-staffed!!!
