My number one spot for local shopping! I love torrid regardless but this location is great. The employees are super nice and caring. I visit many times to return clothes I buy online (and to shop of course) Over the holidays a Christmas sweater I purchased went out of stock online. This Torrid location actually helped me get it from another store. They had it shipped to their location just so I could pick it up!! So super helpful with the whole process. I can honestly say it’s not everyday you get good customer service like that! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Be sure to sign up for emails online so you can catch all the sales.

Like any other Torrid, but the staff can be a little overbearing. It's annoying to shop while salespeople are talking loudly to each other about their personal lives, or to you when you just want to shop
