Hands down, my favorite clothing store. The clothes are well made and designed for women with real curves! The sales people in this store were helpful and we were greeted with smiles. Tons of stuff to choose from and amazing sales right now

Bought my daughter a Jean jacket, she absolutely loved it. Walked in the next day to return it, for a smaller size, two very rude employees stopped me and told me it’s the business law that I can’t shop at their store or even enter without a mask. I explained to them I can’t medically wear a mask and have a letter from my doctor. I can make sure to stay 6ft or more from everyone, but with the most rudest tone one scolded me and said it wasn’t her problem. For one there is no such thing as a business law to require masks. Two, Your corporate should really put money into training their employees with moral ethics. Third, the governor mandated the use of masks for those medically capable, so that people like me won’t have to deal with people like you discriminating against us. Fourth and final, those of us that have medical conditions that prevent us from wearing masks, we deal with enough ridicule from others that see us without masks and make assumptions, we shouldn’t be discriminated against by your company or your employees as well. We didn’t ask to have health issues. But, what you should know is the reason you are required to wear those masks is to protect people like me that can’t wear them. They do nothing for those that wear them. The situation could have been handled in a more ethical manner. I will never step foot in that store and wouldn’t recommend anyone else too. The employees are ridiculously judge mental to their customers and blames it on corporate.

As a bigger girl, I've always been miserable shopping. Not only is it time consuming, but with the crowds it's so draining, and not finding anything that fits is frustrating. Until I found this store, and I've only been to this specific location. The staff is so kind and welcoming and more than willing to help, but more importantly is the selection and quality of clothing. I've never had a closet that made me feel so comfortable and confident and at this point it's 80% of what I wear, I swear.

I love the clothes at Torrid! Finally plus sized cloths that dont make me look 40. The clothing is on the expensive side but they have lots of sales. This location has more selection than the lansing mall.
