I scheduled an work appointment for a bunk bed through Amazon 10 days ago. They canceled it one night before the scheduled date. The guy who called me said he emailed me about the cancellation. I have never received an email from them. The most annoying part was he made it sound like it was my fault he is cancelling. He also didn’t offer any alternate date and said they are busy and won’t be able to do it. One star for wasting my precious time and the unprofessional behavior.
