The food was DELICIOUS! The staff accommodated our large party with such care and attentiveness. They made the birthday woman feel special and just made it such a beautiful experience.

Delicious ravioli, excellent service and the friendliest staff in Charlotte (if not North Carolina). I almost subtracted a star for the location but if my Google maps wasn't so inferiore, I would have been able to find it in less than fifteen minutes. The tunnels must have been blocking my location. This is no fault of the restaurant. It is a cozy atmosphere and the tucked away aspect is actually a huge plus in hind sight. I will be back tomorrow.
Amazing spot for a date night and place to talk . It can get noisy but when it gets quiet it’s a vibe . One of the best Italian spots on the south side and quite affordable not too cheap not too expensive.
Have always loved Toscana for delicious Italian. One of my fave spots for calamari and cozy atmosphere. Recently visited and ordered an arugula salad and asked if I could add chicken... imagine my surprise when I got my bill and the 9.95 salad became 29. Nearly 20 for one piece of grilled chicken is absurd. The server told us that she had to ring in the salad as another entree on the menu (Pollo Medici) since I added chicken. Maybe inform your customers? Regardless, a salad should never be 30!

Super nice staff..Terrific atmosphere....The outside is nicely setup with a view of the Christmas decor. The interior is elegant. Oh yeah, the food.......in a single word...Delicious.. Put it on your list...give them a try...

Very rude. My family member and I came in here seeking a tasty Italian dinner. We weren’t dressed the best because it’s cold and raining outside, we were dressed comfortably because we just wanted to eat. I’m assuming this is why we got the dirty stare and was not greeted by anyone upon our arrival. The hostess looked at us both in a very rude manner, we both even caught her roll her eyes. WE had to tell her we would like a table for two. As someone who has worked in restaurants, you greet the customers first. After we sat down, nobody greeted us and it wasn’t even busy..... You guys missed out on money and great tips.
