Excellent Job! Actually I was skeptical about refinishing a floor at first, but it was beyond my expectation. The fully refinished floor looks a brand new. Wow! Just wow. They replaced our floors and staircase with their product. The install team was so professional and nice. They cleaned up pretty well and did an unbelievable job. Our house has a new look that by far exceeded my expectations. My new steps look amazing. You will not be disappointed with this company. They helped me reduce costs wherever it was possible. They added baseboards and quarter round from a job previously not completed by another contractor. They took care of my baseboards and even fixed an area where the old floors damaged the trim. Second time using Toscano, incredibly easy to work with and second to none customer service. I had the floor of my hair salon refinished and am very happy with the result, Monica the Project Manager is incredibly responsive, helpful and always available to answer questions. Toscano’s pricing is incredibly fair for the quality of work and timeliness in which they get it done. Highly recommend to any busy person who wants their wood floors refinished and wants the experience to be hands off and seamless.

Toscano far exceeded my expectations! I found them using a the Thumbtack app. From there we were connected with a sales person to finalize the contract, and once placing a down payment we received a concierge. Our concierge Monica was great staying in constant communication from beginning to end. The crew who came, Cesar and Dauly, were prompt in arrival. They provided 3 test samples from the beginning and then started the refinishing process. They were so detailed. No spot was left undone. They communicated with us throughout the process. They were able to complete the job in 1.5 days. We absolutely love our floors and they look beautiful! Check out the before and after.

The gentleman who did the job was very professional. His work was top-notch. I had a small bedroom floor refinished. The floor had 2 very bad stains on it. When the floor was finished the stains were gone. Needless to say I was very pleased. I highly recommend this flooring company.

Toscano Floor Designs was a pleasure to work with, the project manager arrived to my home on time, he measured my floors and assured me my living space would be beautiful with upgraded flooring. He sent me emailed samples to choose the flooring of my liking. I choose a Gray Oak wood floor to match my freshly painted walls which are white with gray trim. They delivered the flooring a day before the scheduled install date. The early deliver of flooring made me feel like they were not going to rush the job. The day of the install, the installer arrived on time. He started at 8:30am and the job was completed by 5pm. He cleaned as he completed each section of the floor, he bagged the trash and his craftsmanship was impeccable. I highly recommend Toscano Floor Design they were professional with very reasonable prices. Thank you, Ms Walker

I was looking online how to restore my wood floor and to change the color since it’s been 8years we moved into the house. Toscano is the best place to go, there are super easy to talk to and negotiate a great deal with you and be professional at the same time, from the sanding to the staining and the finishing touches, really pays attention to detail and can work with you every step of the way. They are very professional. Martin is the best, he make sure that I was very happy with the price before working on my floor. I love love love my new floor, my husband and kids love it too .
