These guys are a complete rip off. Stay away. Never get the meter readings right. Overcharge on meter readings. Every quarter I get an invoice with over charges and I have to correct their invoices. Customer service sucks.

I switched from another copier company, and every time I call for service, I'm shocked at how friendly and helpful everyone is. The difference in service is night and day. And Sean, my sales rep, is absolutely top notch. I will continue to be a Toshiba customer as long as their service continues to be as excellent as it is!

Our company leased 4 multi-purpose copier/fax/printers from Toshiba. It has been the worst experience I have had with a company. Toshiba outsources their billing and sells the leases on the equipment so our bill is always inaccurate and it takes hours and days to get it straightened out. I have been very disappointed with the customer service. The staff is nice, but it often takes multiple calls to receive information and the information is not always accurate. I will NEVER do business with Toshiba again. I have made this known to the Director of Sales. After months of frustration over one of our leases and broken copiers, he agreed to end our lease agreement early. We also had to purchase one of the printers because when our lease ended the cost to ship it back to the company that purchased the lease from Toshiba was in Florida and the cost was over 1000. Go with another company!!!

Our church has leased our last two copiers from Toshiba. We are very happy with the service - very good at following up with service calls within 24 hours. Also, our service rep., Aloma, is great! We will use them in the future!

Business equipment purveyors in the Charlotte area, Warning! Do not ever entertain any sales rep from Toshiba Business Solutions of Carolinas. Turn them back at the door, slam the door in their face, do whatever to avoid talking to them! I let them talk, and I am paying heavily for it. They signed me up for a copier lease with promises that it would cost a certain amount a month; and I have been regularly billed two or three times as much. The amount was supposed to be 214/month, and i got additional overage bills for hundreds of dollars more every month! They said if you are not satisfied with the service "we will remove the machines". I signed a 2 year contract and later found out it is was a 5 year contract! The sales rep had promised to re-neg the contract based on actual usage, which never happened in all the 5 years. The sales rep was never again reachable. I was contacted by a different area manager each year only to get a customer service survey done, bot no response to the original un-kept promise. Write to me directly and I will satisfy you why they are the worst thugs in town.
