I went to the store by referral to make a cartridge refill. Karina, the owner was very caring. There, I found that they fix computers. The same day I came back with mine and Carlos explained to me every problem. It was ready the next day and for a fair price.

They are under new mgt. I always get great service there. I was able to send a package in the mail and a fax fast and easily. Carlos fixed my laptop, and Karena the new owner was very very accommodating to my needs. They are a hidden gem!

The shop underwent an owner change last in the past month, and the prior owners kept my printer for over 3 weeks, never called, took my 15 deposit, and the current owners won't honor the repair. I'm told to drive 30 miles to Delray to deal with that location. At least i have the printer. Poor way to treat clients.
