Bought a guitar for my 11 year old son we got and it was heavy and to big so we returned it cause Totalmusicsource says yes we do refunds.before putting it back in the box I looked it over there was no scratches I went to the length of wrapping it completely in bubble wrap and taped the only way it got scratches on it is from Total music source cutting the tape. Any way had to open a case up with eBay there attitudes and customer service is terrible. I know good customer service because I own 5 retail locations and have been in business for over 25 years. So I spent 806 dollars they were to minus shipping around 48 received a refund of 515. Let this be a lesson when you purchase online . Terrible service.
