Mark and his team have been helping me replace my existing office chair that doesn't fit well and hurts my back. I was surprised to learn that they let me \check-out\ chairs to try them out! What service! I'm grateful I didn't have to make a decision in the show room and then be stuck with it. I appreciate their dedication to their customers. I recommend TOC!

We have enjoyed working with Total Office Concepts in our recent purchase of a printer. If we have any questions regarding the use of the equipment, they are quick on the spot to assist, and are even willing to come out to show us. They are on spot for sending us replacement toner before we need it. There is nothing worst then being in a middle of a large print job and run out of toner! Thank you!
We continue to chose Total Office Concepts because, in terms of responding to service needs with our copier, they have provided stellar service year after year. There have been times when I was aware of a call for service and seen TOC technicians on our property within 20 minutes. Repairs are handled quickly and I always feel TOC has my interests as a customer first. Copiers are essential to schools; its nice to know you have someone that has your back.
