Had such an excellent experience with Total Protection. I had an older security system already installed in my home. Total Protection upgraded it with the latest equipment and we are loving it. I can lock my door remotely and view my door remotely. Service Technicians were excellent, well groomed and very efficient. Would recommend Total Protection on your security system install.

I have been using total protection for over 10 years and would highly recommend them. Whenever we have had any issue they came quickly and fixed the problem. We have found their staff to be honest, informative and protectional. Not only do they protect my home they also protect both of my daughters and our business. They are great to work with!!!

My experience with Total Protection has been nothing short of a nightmare. The first time my business was broken into the sensors did not work, so the thieves ended up coming back for a second round, further into my store, where they finally set the alarm off. The second time my store was broken into, the monitoring company let the alarm go off for nearly 4 hours before they called someone to come out to see that a very large street level window was completely broken out. This, needless to say, gave us a reputation among the community of thieves as the easy place to steal from. Total Protection took no responsibility and did nothing to fix the problem besides handing me another one of their useless sensors. Then things got worse, they are now sending me to collections for a system that doesn't work and they have deactivated the monitoring on (without telling me) while still continuing to charge me monthly for the monitoring.
