Not sure why but my experience here seems to be much better than others. In and out in 2 hours . Yes there are multiple warehouses and yes you might have to walk to different ones to get your paperwork but I didn't have a problem with going with the flow. Plenty of over night parking.

Ample space here and easy to manoever around. Enough staging/parking area. Good signage all over and helpful staff. They will make a copy of your driver's license for any transaction

Terrible place. Never again will I carry any cargo for them. Unpleasant people. Treat drivers like animals. They lie. They unload for many hours and sometimes for two days. They kick you out of the office and no one will talk to you in a human way. Avoid these people if you can.

Worst place got here at 1:30PM didn’t get a door until 6PM it’s already 9PM and nothing. These people don’t care about the carrier they do not understand that we have so many hours to drive, I’ll have to spend the night here! POS
