This place is a rip off. They do not have basic information on their receipt such as phone number. They also refused to refund any part of a trip ordered for my child who couldnt attend... despite it being cancelled more than a month in advance. It only included hotel and excursions. Dont use them...

Awesome customer service and very friendly. Waited till the last minute to get a JR railpass but they sell them here. Bring your passport so the name matches. They also have plenty of tourist information.
