I waited over 2 hours to speak with someone it is now 4:15 pm no answer just recording very upset!

Absolutey incompetent. I went to get new socal security cards for my daughters. Had same birth certificates and medical records as i did for my son a year prior. I was told that they needed to speak to the nurse that signed it to verify it was her signature. After an hour of calling and not getting a hold of her they said oh wait her name is printed here so its fine. Was obvious they either didnt know what they were doing or they were just being difficult because they can be.
