It's a great venue, but shell of its former self. I have fond memories of going here in the 1990s as a kid when all shops were open and there was minimal vacancy. Nowadays, the shops are okay, but there are some vacancies (probably assisted by covid). The greatest feature of tower city has to the light rail (RTA rapid) access, which makes it super easy to get in and out of downtown or to the airport. If you're into exploring Cleveland, then check out the Terminal Tower tours. For fee, you can go up near the top of the skyscraper and get a bird's eye view of the entire city. The attached casino is kinda cool too...if you're feeling lucky. Furthermore, Morton's Steakhouse is attached which offers great cuts of meat cooked to perfection.

Very sad how empty and cold this place is! Most of the food court is empty. Lots of empty stores. They need to lower rent for everybody. Attract more business.

We stayed at the Renaissance hotel in a suite. 99 bucks a night, huge room, luxury white marble bathroom, huge tub. Double showers, I've been around the world and stayed in many multi thousand dollar rooms, this was A 1, super recommendation. That was the view from our window, sorry I didn't get the room, we were to busy with the luxuries after a moterhome trip across the country. We stayed 3 night instead of our intended one

The fountains where shut off probably because of covid. I love Towercity a must see for out of towners. A place for Friends to meet up for a night down town. Take the rapid (public transport) only 5 dollars for a day pass.

The place is so different now. COVID-19 has hit Tower City really hard. I pray that things will get better soon.
