Please lease with somebody else. There is no regulation and poor customer service. Your concerns will be brushed off. Consideration for others is a MUST with property management. The president has not been helpful in any of concerns and comes off as condescending.

In my many years owning and managing individual condominiums around Orlando I have NEVER had such a good experience as i have had with this company. They manage a complex where I managed three townhomes and I was always impressed with the manager Ben. So when another complex was looking for a new management company I through Towers Property Management into the mix. The board chose them and Terina has been taking care of us for a few months now. It is incredible how much she has accomplished in a short period of time. Everyone seems really happy with the way things are headed now and we have the highest regard for the company.

Kevin and Cindy have been a delight to work with. They have always been fair and hard working. They are good people. Disregard any false reviews. It is hard to make everyone happy when you are fighting for the board of directors. That is their job, but naturally there will be those who oppose the board. It is impossible to make everyone happy in this business if you are doing a thorough job. I have watched them for years, and they will do their best to represent your needs if you hire them. Thank you Towers for all you do, you are the best.

Manages the HOA, extremely rude. I think they keep them for a few dollar savings. They allow you to be rude and disrespectful for your service. Anyone who provide a service should display common courtesy no matter how many awards you receive!
