DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Very negative service experience. Agreed to a final price for simple tow job before dispatch and then they decided to add extra fees after the car was loaded up and dispatcher John threatened to refuse service if a 1 star review was left. Don't give your money to unethical business people like these, plenty of other options out there.

I cannot say enough good... after our winter storms in Texas this company was able to get my car towed safe and sound.
Our truck died about 15 miles from home. We had to leave it there for a few days. We finally called and Isaac was VERY helpful!! He listened to our needs and gave us specific instructions which were very helpful. We had a specific request to get the vehicle in the driveway and he addressed that need. My husband met the tow truck being driven by Jose and they brought it home. It was very interesting to see the professional way Jose got the truck where we needed it. He made it look easy but it wasn't! For that we are very grateful and recommend this company highly! Their personnel are VERY professional, punctual and attentive. Thanks again!!
Don’t use this place! John was going to charge me a 59 hookup fee for canceling the tow. The driver was going to be another 45 min. Customers don’t need to pay fees for your delayed service or phone tag. Call 1st call towing. They were great.
