I’ve been going to Towne BMW for service (X5) since 2017. They are awesome. Mike DeCosta is one of the best service agents I’ve ever worked with. He is accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, and honest...a real “straight/up” guy!! Quite honestly, he is one of the main reasons I go to Towne for service. I’ve also worked with Bob, who has provided me with excellent customer service when getting a loaner car. He is another valuable asset to this dealership. Andrew has worked with me and Louie has worked on my car. I couldn’t be happier. I appreciate Mike in sales, too. He has never pressured me to purchase, for which I am grateful. If that were the case, I’d walk away. All in all, this is a top notch place for service and sales.

On Friday July 24, 2020 I purchased my 5th new BMW from Towne BMW since 2007. As always the staff at Towne goes above and beyond all expectations. From sales to service to support Towne is there for you, whatever you need. I have ordered all 5 BMWs that I have purchased. The sales staff is very clear and upfront about all aspects of the ordering process and extremely informative about different packages/options and tailoring your order to what you need and want. Communication is the key with a dealership and Towne nails it, always keeping in contact with you and replying quickly to any inquires. Anyone in the market for a BMW will find Towne BMW to be a welcome relief from the typical \shady car salesmen\ experience. In 2017 I was in the market for a BMW 340i. I test drove one that they had on the lot with Randy Toth, who was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions on the test drive. Afterwards I wasn’t sure if I wanted to make the move to get a second vehicle or not. I took roughly 4-5 months to make the decision and the whole time I felt no pressure from Randy or the folks at Towne BMW. I went in to speak to Randy about ordering a custom/build your own 340. He walked me through the process with extreme patience (I asked a ton of questions considering this would be my first time leasing a car). I waited a few months for it to be built and shipped, and Randy even saw to it that some extra finishes were thrown on when it reached the port in the US. Since taking ownership of the vehicle in June of 2017, the staff at Towne had been nothing but helpful. Fast forwarding to the current day, I’ve relocated to Phoenix, AZ from Buffalo, NY and still have the 340i xDrive. My lease has technically expired as of today but I love the car so much that I decided to just keep it afterwards. It’s everything that I need in a car right now, enough space, good fuel economy, more than enough power, but not an overwhelming lot, etc. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the folks at Towne for their great service. Next time I can visit Buffalo again I’ll be sure to stop by and visit to see the new showroom and friendly faces. Normally buying a car can be stressful and you can feel pressured by the salesperson. My experience at Towne was the exact opposite, extremely laid back and friendly, no pressure at all! Keep being great Towne BMW. Sending regards from Phoenix, AZ!
