Excellent. Very friendly. When we picked up our vehicle from being serviced the inside and outside was cleaned. We really appreciated that. It is such a pleasure to be back on the road again feeling as good about our car as when it was purchased.

Disappointed to say the least. We purchased this car in July of 2019 from Towne VW. The car has had little to no issues up to this point, which is great. In early august of 2020 the A/C stopped working properly. The car was sold with a 2 year extended warranty, i found the system to be low on charge due to an A/C condenser failure. I consulted the warranty administrator and confirmed that the component was covered under warranty (with the understanding that there are extenuating circumstances).... took the unit in for service only to receive unclear communication from the service staff. I am fully aware that for warranty repairs, the problem must be diagnosed at the dealer and the customer word can’t be taken as truth. I received a call from towne VW Stating that the condenser had failed but it would not be covered due to “stone damage”. Please reference the attached photos where the leak point is quite evident (green/yellow refrigerant dye) and has no signs of damage from a foreign object. They service staff was extremely efficient in providing a customer pay estimate for repairs...If only they were that ambitious in finding the true root cause of failure and attempting to file for parts warranty. Our previous service experience came much closer to the expectation of professionalism, which was the only reason for even giving a two star rating. I do not think I will be returning for any service (warranty or not).

Happy with quality of service. Will return to this dealership in the future. Suggestions to all to avoid the texting system or use it only as a aide to speaking with staff when it comes to getting your vehicle serviced.

Stopped in 12/9/20 @ 1:10pm because the pin of one of the door hinges just sheared off on my 2016 GTI. Gary from body shop was very nice and empathetic towards my problem, however he directed me to the service front desk. There, I was told my door is falling off because I drive the car too much (106k miles) and had I only drove it 10k-15k miles a year this wouldn't have happened. What a joke!
