all of the negative reviews are correct, this place is actually the worst to live in. maintenance NEVER responds, and refuses to help us when we need them. Not to mention the horrible staff who have no willingness or intention to help their residents.

Brookside was very welcoming with the tour and cozy apartments. Caden Miller did an outstanding job and was very friendly!! Free snacks were included in the tour :)
This place is a joke! I first was skeptical about it after seeing the reviews. However my daughter is 17 year old student and it fit her needs. During the walk through we were assured that with my daughters knee problems along with her being much younger than most students it wouldn’t be a issue getting her the downstairs. I signed leases and a few days before moving her in we have been notified they moved her room! Thankfully everything has been recorded and text messages along with emails kept for court sake but I find this place to be a joke! Not to mention the text we got to pick up keys last weekend and get there to be told that was from a different division of Brookside. It’s ran by a lot of immature students who wouldn’t know how to run a business if it was to save their life.
Kayden was our tour guide and was very friendly! Helped us with all of our questions and was very informative! 10/10 would tour again
Very cleanly. Had limited to no issues when I first moved in. When I did have an issue, staff was quick to respond and sent out maintenance to help immediately. Likewise, the staff is very super kind and understanding, and they go to lengths to meet satisfaction for their residents. Highly suggest Townhomes by Brookside if you’re looking for space, nice apartments, and great staff!
Great services! Tour was short and sweet and Caden was a great tour guide!!
The signing process was quick and easy! Loren did a great job at roommate matching. Loren also made the application process very smooth and was very helpful with all the questions I had. He was very quick to send me all the forms I needed and help me go through their online portal. I would recommend asking for Loren when signing.
